Hunting Maguire LLC and its affiliates (“Hunting Maguire” or “we”) provide content on our websites or applications that link to this Terms of Use (the “Site”) subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). The license granted herein terminates immediately if you breach these Terms. Hunting Maguire may suspend your access or take legal action for noncompliance.

You acknowledge and agree that Hunting Maguire owns and may use, publish, or otherwise exploit any material you post or submit on the Site (e.g., comments, survey responses, forums) in any form or media, for any lawful purpose. By submitting such content, you grant Hunting Maguire a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute it.

You waive any claims related to privacy, publicity, moral rights, or attribution connected to Hunting Maguire’s use of your submissions.

You agree not to post material that:

  • Is defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful;
  • Violates any intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Contains malicious code or viruses;
  • Includes false, misleading, or promotional content; or
  • Violates these Terms.

Hunting Maguire reserves the right to remove or refuse any submission for any reason.

  1. Notices of Infringement and Takedown

Hunting Maguire prohibits posting content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe your copyrighted work or other protected right has been infringed, please send a written notice including the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work or right claimed to be infringed;
  2. Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site;
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email);
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
  5. A statement that the information provided is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder; and

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

Hunting Maguire does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Site Content and assumes no responsibility for third-party links or user submissions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunting Maguire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunting Maguire, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors (“Hunting Maguire Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Hunting Maguire reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By using this Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, USA for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.
