Hunting Maguire LLC, United States, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Hunting Maguire,” “us,” or “we”) understand that your privacy is important to you. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice describes how we handle, process, and protect personal data when collected through Hunting Maguire’s websites, applications, and digital assets (collectively, our “Sites”), as well as through our business activities, including services, events, surveys, and communications.

This Notice applies when Hunting Maguire acts as a data controller, determining how and why your data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

If you are an employee of a Hunting Maguire client or service provider, your employer may share personal data with us, which we process under our agreement with them.

You are not required to share personal data with us, but failing to do so may prevent Hunting Maguire from providing you with full access to our services, content, or communications.

When Hunting Maguire collects and processes personal data, we do so as a data controller (or joint controller under applicable law). This means Hunting Maguire determines how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

Depending on where you are located, a local Hunting Maguire entity may serve as your primary data controller.

  1. How We Collect Your Personal Data

We collect personal data both directly from you and from third parties during the course of our business operations.

Direct Collection:

Hunting Maguire may collect personal data when you:

  • Interact with our Sites, including managing your cookie preferences (see our Cookie Notice);
  • Use Hunting Maguire applications or digital platforms;
  • Create or log into a user profile;
  • Register for newsletters, updates, or alerts;

Hunting Maguire does not:

All deidentified data is maintained in deidentified form, and we contractually require third parties to do the same.

Hunting Maguire may share your personal data only as necessary and lawful, including:

  • Within Hunting Maguire’s global network of subsidiaries and affiliates;
  • With service providers supporting our operations (e.g., IT, analytics, communications);

While we use commercially reasonable security standards, no system can guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

Hunting Maguire does not knowingly collect or maintain personal data from individuals under the age of 16 through our Sites. Supplemental California Privacy Information (CCPA/CPRA Notice)

This section applies solely to residents of the State of California.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have additional rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your rights and explains how to exercise them.

For purposes of this section, “personal information” has the meaning provided in the CCPA/CPRA and includes information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to a California resident or household.

In the preceding 12 months, Hunting Maguire LLC may have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents:

  • Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, postal address, online identifiers, account usernames.
  • Personal Records: information you provide when interacting with our Sites or participating in events, surveys, newsletters, or services.
  • Commercial Information: records of services you accessed, downloaded content, event registrations, or interactions with our newsletters.

Supplemental GDPR Privacy Notice (EU/EEA Residents)

This section applies solely to individuals located in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and United Kingdom (UK), and is intended to supplement the Hunting Maguire LLC Privacy Notice in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the UK GDPR, and related local data protection laws.

For purposes of this section, “personal data” has the meaning assigned in the GDPR and includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”).

  1. Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data (GDPR Article 6)

Hunting Maguire LLC processes personal data only when permitted under the GDPR.
Depending on the context, we may rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  1. Consent (Article 6(1)(a))

Where you voluntarily provide personal data or explicitly consent to receive newsletters, participate in surveys, attend events, or allow cookies/analytics.

  1. Performance of a Contract (Article 6(1)(b))

When processing is necessary to provide services you or your employer request, including access to digital content, event participation, or maintaining an account.
